What you’ll do
Role
Our Machine Operator Assistant works at our Renton, WA facility and is responsible for assisting the operator in running customer orders to specifications.
o Follow all safety processes and procedures
o Assists in setting up and breaking down orders
o Perform quality checks to ensure orders are being run to customer specifications
o Offload, bundle and palletize orders
o Assist in loading corrugated sheets into hopper for conversion

Work Schedules~
ENJOY A 4 DAY WORK WEEK AND 1 LESS COMMUTE!!!
1ST Shift Monday – Thursday 4:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
2ND Shift Monday – Thursday 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Friday overtime as business needs dictate
Skills and Education Requirement
o Minimum a HS Degree or EED
o 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment, warehouse, or skilled trades
o Demonstrates mechanical aptitude.
o Skilled at accurately analyzing, troubleshooting/problem solving
o Dependable with an excellent attendance track record
o Demonstrated safety work behaviors and actions
o Solid basic mathematic skills to understand, track and evaluate performance measures
o Ability to learn and apply new information and skills
o Detailed oriented
o Able to quickly adjust and adopt to changes
