Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Machine Operator for the innovative co-packer, manufacturer and solutions provider for the rapidly growing single-serve beverage market.
This is a 2nd shift opportunity
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare the machine and complete paperwork for each production run,
• Oversee that the work is completed properly and on time
• Ensure efficient and safe machine operation to produce a high quality product
• Machine operation and constant monitoring of the machine for any mechanical issues and/or product variations.
• Completing the production run according to the daily schedule
• Ensure target weight of all cups/bags are within given spec.
• Communicate with team members in a direct manner to ensure clear instruction and proficient productivity throughout the shift.
• Accurately completing post run production logs.
• Following all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and value systems.
• Quality control
Qualifications
• HS Diploma or GED– Preferred
• Experience 1+years working in Manufacturing environment
Preferred
• Experience working with machines operation is preferred.
• Competencies
• Ability to read and understand, diagnose, and analyze reports in English.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail oriented and ability to prepare accurate reports
• Exceptional judgement and ability to work independently and without direct supervision
