Job Description
Full Time/Part Time/Per Diem position available.
Responsible for communicating all of hospital's services to customer inquiries. Must be able to assit customers over the telephone while simultaneously access a computer system. Receive call from referral sources, obtaining and documenting all pertinent information needed for level of care determination, and providing necessary feedback on patient status when requested. Ensure that potential patient, family and referral sources' needs are met; at the same time ensuring that the prospective patient meets hsopital criteria for treatment.
