**SHIFT: Every other weekend, (32 hours per pay) 10pm-6am.**

Transitions Healthcare Allens Cove is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of talented caregivers on the weekends.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibility Highlights include:

· Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure

· Administer medications and treatments as ordered and report adverse reactions to medications or treatments

· Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately

· Report the condition of a patient back to RNs (Registered Nurses) and doctors

· Communicate openly and effectively with patients and families, while demonstrating compassion and friendly behavior

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications

· Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN nursing program

· Must have a valid LPN license in PA
