Logistics Support Specialist

We are searching for an experienced Logistics Support Specialist to add to our team! This would be a great opportunity for someone with a passion for supply chain management.

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

• Monitor and maintain data systems accuracy
• Work closely with internal logistics and sales teams to manage Just In Time inventory efficiency
• Maintain consigned warehouse locations through Vendor Managed Inventory systems
  • Monitor all product movements relating to consigned inventory locations and their related costs
• Promote positive relationships with logistics teams from global distribution partners
• Ownership of wholesale reverse logistics:
  • Review and approve RMA requests from distribution partners
  • Arrange return shipping where applicable
  • Coordinate with warehousing teams to monitor returns statuses
• Issue invoices and credit memos for distribution and wholesale partners
• Review and reconcile inventory records relating to wholesale transactions
• Analyze and define transportation invoices
• File claims for lost/damaged freight

Requirements:

• Proficient in Excel
• Familiarity with and/or willingness to learn Apple OS
• Must be highly energetic, and a self starter who excels in detail-oriented processes
• Must have strong communication skills to be an amazing liaison between the sales team, warehouses, and distributors
