Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing the daily operations of the retail store.
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records.
- Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for increased sales and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with their wireless sales needs, providing product information and answering any questions they may have.
- Maintain organized stock levels, ensuring products are properly displayed and replenished as needed.
- Train and supervise retail staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Implement effective time management strategies to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with customers or addressing inquiries.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership or assistant management role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in math for cash handling and inventory management purposes.
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
