Liquor Store Cashier

Engages with customers, provides efficient checkout services, monitors deliveries, and maintains stock conditions and quality control in Liquor Store. Ensures products are displayed in accordance with Company standards. Performs various customer service duties and promotes sales building practices. 

• Basic knowledge and compliance of state laws regarding the sale of alcohol, tobacco, and lottery, as applicable.
• Basic knowledge of cash register.
• Basic knowledge of tender policies and procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate (in written and verbal form) with customers and partners.
• Ability to count and calculate for the purpose of cash handling and sales transactions.
• Ability to work well with fellow partners and promote a team atmosphere.
• Ability to learn new technology systems, methods and processes.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be attentive to potential hazards and remedy or place appropriate warning signs or devices around or near the hazard as soon as is reasonably possible.
• Must report any potential hazards that cannot be immediately remedied to a supervisor.
