Summary:
Inspect the quality of finished products and pack them. Maintain supplies levels and conditions on the machine.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspection of finished products and ensure the quality is according to the standards required.
- Maintain required supplies at the machines in a good level and good condition to keep it producing flawlessly.
- Pack finished product accordingly.
- Communicate issues to the Team Leader/Technician.
- Records appropriate production forms.
- Keep the work environment area clean and safe.
- Other duties as assigned by the Team Leader/Management.
Work Schedule
- 1st shift: 06:45 PM - 03:15 PM
- 2nd shift: 02:45 PM - 11:15 PM
- 3rd shift: 10:45 PM - 07:15 AM
- Overtime available if desired

Educations and/or Experience & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior line packer experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and follow directions. Must be able to speak, listen, and openly communicate with team members and actively participate in team meetings.
- Must be able to work in a self-directed team environment.
- Ability to define and react to problems, color variations, small imperfections, collects data, establish facts, and draw a valid conclusion and decision during a fairly fast pace production level.
Requirements:
- Lift up to 40 lbs. on a frequent basis
- Push or pull with up to 50 lbs. of force on an occasional basis
- Stoop, kneel, climb or squat on an occasional basis
- Use hands to grip, pinch, handle, reach, or feel on a frequent basis
- Stand on a continuous basis and walk on a frequent basis
- Possess manual dexterity
- Detail-oriented, well organized with a demonstrated ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Must be able to work in a self-directed team environment
