• Develop risk management strategies for each customer to ensure his or her policy needs are continuously met
• Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs
• Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations
• Pursue new insurance sales with new clients from mailed-in response cards and using professional sales strategies that include networking and confidential consultations, online or in person
• Help protect financial assets for clients
• Process current policyholders’ insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims
