Licensed Title Agent

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking financial services and assistance with loan processing - Conduct thorough analysis of client financial information and assess their eligibility for loans - Collaborate with underwriters and escrow agents to ensure smooth loan processing and closing - Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and guidelines in all interactions with clients - Review and analyze loan documents, contracts, and other legal agreements - Utilize 10-key typing skills to accurately input financial data and calculations - Assist with loan origination process, including gathering necessary documentation and verifying information - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in loan processing procedures - Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) requirements Qualifications: - Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Agent - Strong knowledge of financial services, loan processing, FNMA (Fannie Mae), escrow, underwriting, and fair housing regulations - Familiarity with contract review and analysis - Proficient in 10-key typing for accurate data entry - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position. Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
