We need licensed candidates with an 8am-8pm availability and 7 days a week during AEP. (1 weekend day required.)
POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for selling Virginia Premier Health Plan's Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan (D-SNP) to eligible beneficiaries telephonically. This includes strict adherence to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Sales and Marketing regulations and Virginia Premier policies and procedures. Only able to sell Virginia Premier products. Maintain yearly appropriate training and licensure renewal as required.
POSITION DUTIES AND PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Licensed Telesales Representative is responsible for educating Medicare beneficiaries about VPHP products, on their healthcare options and helping them make an informed decision on which plan is most appropriate for their individual health needs.
• An ideal candidate will exhibit passion for helping the aging and disabled.
• Receive inbound calls from customers who have questions on health insurance options
• Make outbound sales calls on a variety of sales campaigns
• Quote, present, and close sales while overcoming objections
• Work comfortably in a high volume call center
• Meet sales and productivity goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis
• Has the ability to maintain compliant and ethical standards.
• Is motivated to produce sales in a highly competitive business environment.
• Must be a Self-starter and able to work within a team environment.
• An individual with a passion for helping the Medicare eligible population to make challenging healthcare selections.
• Required to have ethical behavior and integrity.
• Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) compliance standards must be followed.
• On-site regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job
• Update customer file in CRM with summary of interaction Provide optimal quality prospective enrollee customer service to all callers at all times.
• Maintain average quality score of 90%.
• Serve as a liaison between prospective enrollees' and VPHP, ensuring that all plan benefit and application submission inquiries are addressed in a timely and thorough manner.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE AND/OR SKILL
• Meet or exceed sales quotas, compliance requirements, and department/manager expectations.
• Reliable transportation
• Experience in selling Medicare Advantage Dual-Eligible (DSNP) products is highly preferred.
• Strong and successful background in sales is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
• Has strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Proficient with computer and has skills in sales CRM applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills in working with the senior population.
• Must reside within Virginia.
• Target date to onboard the licensed agent staff orientation
• Training will last two weeks,
• AHIP 2021 certification required,
• Active Virginia license required,
• Tele sales contact center experience required,
• All interviews will be done virtually once we get the approval from the manager.
Shifts
• 8 AM - 5 PM (1 hour lunch)
• 9 AM - 6 PM (1 hour lunch)
• 10 AM - 7 PM (1 hour lunch)
• 11 AM - 8 PM (1 hour lunch)
