We are looking for people to work with our seller leads and appointments to help them sell in the least time for the most money!

Compensation:

$120,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

  • Opportunities for Revenue Share Income
  • We provide leads to help you grow your business
  • 1-on-1 coaching with Top Performers
  • High-Level admin support including Listing and Closing coordinators.
  • Marketing team to help you grow your business
  • Appointments set for you by our ISA team
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Act as an intermediary between your buyer and the other agents and sellers
  • Provide world-class customer service to buyers
  • Determine needs while building rapport
  • Follow-up with the client to ensure perfect customer service
  • Use active listing skills to help find the buyers find a home to their needs
  • “Always be consulting” by providing clients with your very best service and you're very best advice

Qualifications:

  • The candidate must have an active Real Estate license or will Enroll NOW.
  • Full-Time agents only
  • 2-7 Years Real Estate experience preferred
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Be a committed advocate for your client
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude

  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
