Licensed Esthetician

We are looking for a skilled Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in developing and marketing skin care treatments that include facials, waxing, lash and brow services. The Esthetician must have strong sales skills and product knowledge. We are looking for a driven, detail oriented addition to our team that has a keen sense of leadership. This will be a SOLO Esthetician position so it is imperarative that the Esthetician have prior experience. The Esthetician will be helping to offer excellent customer service to clients, answering any questions they may have about our products and services, and performing other key responsibilities.

**This is a commision/tip based employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Implement beauty treatments and skin-care routines.
• Promote spa services and products to clients using exceptional communications and sales skills.
• Explain how treatments will improve skin conditions and recovery times.
• Recommend in-home care products to clients and discuss proper skin-care maintenance.
• Provide a relaxing environment for clients.
• Always ensure client satisfaction and maintain professional written and/or verbal communication with clientele.
• Be able to use basic tools and equipment.
• Maintain inventory and stock all products necessary to perform esthetics services.
• Participate in educational trainings & seminars with product suppliers to maintain continued education.
• Ensure that the spa, work areas and equipment’s are disinfected & sanitized after each use.

• Must be a qualified candidate with an active Illinois Esthetician License.
• Must be an efficient problem solver and possess critical thinking skills.

• Must be a team player, reliable and must have a great attitude towards work.
• Must be able to handle customer situations under pressure.
• Must have minimum of 1 year Esthetician experience in salon/spa.
• Must be comfortable working in shared workspace.
• Must possess strong and intuitive leadership skills.
