Sierra Meadows Foundation was formed in conjunction with Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health to reach the underserved in our community. At our flagship location, Birdie Lou Counseling Center, we provide free outpatient mental health services to our community and serve as a training facility for masters-level therapists. We're seeking a licensed and experienced Clinical Director who will have complete clinical oversight of Birdie Lou Counseling Center by managing an individual caseload of interns as well as providing oversight for our team of Clinical Supervisors. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervision of clinical staff (supervisors and interns), directing client care, providing case consultations and ensuring quality clinical programming. The Clinical Director is also hands-on in the treatment of clients with mental health concerns, conducting individual, group, couples/family therapy, and case management as needed. This position requires active CA licensure and the ability to supervise.
The Clinical Director position has the option to be part time (25 hours per week) or full time, depending on candidate preference. Some work during normal business hours (M-F) is required, but a flexible schedule including evenings & weekends may be considered. This is an in-person position, located at Birdie Lou Counseling Center at 2940 N Fresno Street, Fresno, CA 93703.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- At least 4 years' clinical experience, including experience in a behavioral health care setting.
- Supervisory experience of 2 years or more preferred.
- Computer literacy in electronic medical records, Microsoft Office, and email required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Current state license as a mental health therapist (e.g. Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
- Obtain a health clearance form from a medical provider.
- Obtain a negative tuberculosis screening.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Ability to lift/carry 20 pounds.
- Ability to engage in frequent computer work.
