- Understand basic operations of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Available 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 8am to 6pm; 8 hour shift
- Participation in on-call rotation; ability to work overtime, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- In-office attendance in Winter Springs, FL
- Able and willing to do local travel to Central Florida client sites; reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance
- Wear company-provided shirt onsite
- Successfully pass pre-employment verification checks
- 2-4 year degree in Computing and Information Sciences or Information Technologies field
- CompTIA IT Foundations and/or A+, Net+, Secure+ or similar certifications
- Formal Microsoft training
- Previous customer service, volunteering, or internship experience
Responsibilities
