Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated interest, education, or hands-on experience in IT/technology field
• Understand basic operations of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Available 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 8am to 6pm; 8 hour shift
• Participation in on-call rotation; ability to work overtime, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
• In-office attendance in Winter Springs, FL
• Able and willing to do local travel to Central Florida client sites; reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance
• Wear company-provided shirt onsite
• Successfully pass pre-employment verification checks
• 2-4 year degree in Computing and Information Sciences or Information Technologies field
• CompTIA IT Foundations and/or A+, Net+, Secure+ or similar certifications
• Formal Microsoft training
• Previous customer service, volunteering, or internship experience

Responsibilities

• Be a key player in providing IT Support to our customers by applying your problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
