Growing heir finder, unclaimed property and foreclosure surplus recovery company is seeking an experienced legal assistant.
We require candidates to have experience with probate and trust administration, ideally in Florida. The role will entail assisting with document preparation for judicial proceedings, compiling and mailing document packages to clients and attorneys, proofreading, and other clerical work. A high degree of attention to detail is a must.
*An ability to work independently and maintain organization is required.
*Familiarity with ordering documents from government entities, particularly from Courts.
*Collaboration with other team members and attorneys will occur regularly.
*Computer skills and experience with client management software systems are required.
