Calamar Management Services is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Property Leasing Sales Specialist for our Connect55 Communities. Connect55 is one of the largest market leaders in Active Adult living in North America, with 30 properties and growing! We have with several more properties opening in the next 12 months!!

Visit Connect55.com for more information on our properties.As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for advertising, promoting, processing applications and ultimately closing the lease signing process. We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who is an expert in community outreach and marketing to attract potential tenants. This is primarily a sales role, although experience in property management is a preferred.Overall Duties and Responsibilities: Lease up newly constructed properties to achieve full occupancy in the shortest possible time.

Develop engaging promotional materials to attract new tenants Proactively advertise available spaces on social media and other marketing platforms to bring relevant potential tenants to the properties. Provide tours of vacant or soon-to-be vacant properties to prospective tenants Process applications to ensure applicants qualify, including running their credit check and following up with their references Negotiate leasing terms or deals. What Calamar Is Seeking High school diploma or GED certificate is required, Associates or Bachelors degree a plus.

5+ years of proven experience leasing residential apartment properties, experience with adult active living a plus. Demonstrated ability advertising and promoting properties to target 95% plus occupancy at all properties. Proven sales track record in high volume Property Leasing.

Advanced working knowledge of social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs) New Construction lease up sale experience a plus. Strong creativity and problem-solving skills to effectively drive awareness and interest for potential tenants. Must be goal oriented and a self-started to ensure achievement of milestones.

Enthusiastic, Out-going and Professional with excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work weekends & after-hours events to achieve sales targets Is self-motivated and has a positive attitude with exceptional customer service & relationship building skill Experience with property management software, such as Yardi. Driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
