YOUR ROLE

• Lead initiatives in the following areas: Standardization of Processes and Operational Systems
• HPS Standards (Six Sigma, 5S, OEE, Visual Management, etc.)
• Review and revise production schedules to ensure materials are on-hand, and work instructions are correct. Gather the planned and actual numbers for production daily and report it on the daily report of operations
• Works on how to improve manufacturing operations, reduce scrap, improve efficiencies, and reduce cycle times.
• Implements process control improvements to reduceproduct variability

YOUR SKILLS

• Pursuing Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or Supply Chain
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize/prioritize and handle competing deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to perform and follow written or verbal instructions
• Microsoft computer skill samples excel/word/PowerPoint
• Familiar with lean manufacturing concepts
