What you will do (day in the life):
In this role, you will be a systems engineer using engineering methodologies in a Digital Engineering environment.
Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is seeking aLead System Engineer to join the Digital Engineeringteam.
Work Location: Huntsville, AL
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
A Chief MBSE Architect on this team will:
- Lead review system designs through Models Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo
- Lead the team system design with knowledge of UAF and SysML
Requirements
Experience in the following areas:
- Significant MBSE Leadership and architecture experience
- Significant MBSE experience using Cameo, Rhapsody, or other similar modeling tools
- Full MBSE Lifecycle experience from Architecture design through qualification and delivery
- Program or IPT MBSE leadership experience
- Experience with Military or Missile Defense Agency (MDA) programs
- Good verbal and written communication skills and must be able to work independently
This position requires a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.
This position requires clearing a background check and an enhanced Personal Conflict of Interest (PCI) requirements as a condition for employment.

Required Education:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD 9 years' related work experience, Master 12 years' related work experience).

Pay Range: $138,000 - $207,000
