The Role:
General Description
The Reliability Engineer will work with Maintenance, Logistics, and Production areas. You will develop plans, programs and procedures related to improving equipment reliability to meet the plant goals; improved asset availability, uptime, and overall equipment effectiveness.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Key Responsibilities
As the Reliability Engineer, you will:- Collaborate with Production Engineers and Process Improvement Engineers to drive LEAN/Six Sigma, continuous improvement of processes and operations for increased productivity and efficiency (Operational Excellence)
- Drive a failure analysis and Root Cause Analysis process for equipment downtime
- Provide technical repair expertise and troubleshooting focal point for plant equipment including: Pumps, Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Piping, Etc.
- Troubleshoot and develop long term repair plans for major equipment failures along with appropriate preventative maintenance plans to eliminate failures in the future.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:- BS Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Experience
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience in Total Process Reliability (TPR), Mechanical Integrity and CMMS desirable
- Process Industry equipment experience
- Knowledgeable in risk-based inspection methodologies and strong trouble shooting skills
