Are you an analytical thinker and problem-solver, a planner and organizer, and a strong communicator (written and verbal)? Are you experienced navigating in a highly technical environment within the sdlc and with software developers and complicated logic, and translating that complexity into clear and actionable requirements? Do you know how to gather insights from a diverse group of people and collaborate with a team to design software in an agile software environment? Do you possess a deep domain knowledge of recruiting software and the recruiting process? Are you fun to work with?

Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities
• Research and quickly understand customer needs, regulatory requirements, technical functionality, and recruiting technologies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as with Engineering and QA to design software features and enhancements.
• Write clear and actionable user stories, use case scenarios, and acceptance criteria to solve the right problems.
• Facilitate meetings that help the team understand the customer, the problem we’re trying to solve, and the success criteria for the solution.
• Think imaginatively and intuitively while quickly grasping and synthesizing new ideas and reacting to rapidly changing situations.
• Ensure that projects remain on-track and in-scope, communicate project status, and escalate potential problems proactively and professionally.
• Work closely with Delivery Assurance to ensure that your features are ready for release, including proper planning and coordination with the Learning and Marketing teams.
• Help establish and improve processes and standards for how we work.
• Become a subject-matter expert in your area, and become a source of knowledge for others internally and externally. Continuous learning is the norm.
• Be obsessed with delivering value to customers.
