Lawn Care Worker

**This is a 1099 position**

The goal of this position is to learn and grow yourself into a leader that can work productively and independently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various Lawn Care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Maintain and care for properties landscaping to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools necessary for the job
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions

Experience:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or Lawn Care preferred
- Knowledge of mechanical principles and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Familiarity with various Lawn Care techniques and practices
- Ability to operate and maintain power tools safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Skills:
- Proficiency in Lawn Care practices, including mowing, shrub pruning, weeding, clean up...
- Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques and materials
- Ability to operate hand tools such as loppers, pole saw, shovels, rakes, and pruners effectively
- Experience with power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues

This position offers competitive pay based on experience. I will teach and coach you through example and feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
