We're seeking a seasoned professional with comprehensive knowledge of Landscape Construction, including grading, planting, irrigation, lighting, and hardscapes. Alongside technical expertise, exceptional customer service skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with subcontractors and crew members are essential. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, and capable of thriving in diverse outdoor conditions.
Role Overview:
As a Landscape Construction Crew Leader, you'll serve as the guiding force behind our projects, providing clear direction to crew members and ensuring the seamless execution of tasks. From overseeing daily operations and managing schedules to resolving issues and maintaining equipment, your leadership will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in documenting project outcomes and adhering to administrative requirements.
Qualifications for Advancement:

Candidates with a minimum of five years of successful experience in landscape/irrigation construction, coupled with equipment operation skills, project management experience, and horticultural knowledge, will be considered for advancement.
