Chick-fil-A Norwalk is looking for energetic and hardworking Team Members to work in our kitchen. Saturday availability required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Team members learn and work multiple positions within the kitchen
• Prepare all food with accuracy, speed, and quality
• Are knowledgeable and conscientious when it comes to food safety
• Comply with all Chick-fil-A Norwalk rules and regulations to promote a safe and productive work atmosphere
• Project a reliable and diligent attitude toward completing daily tasks in all situations
• Commit to the safety and security of all other Team Members and guests

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Responsible, accountable, polite, and organized
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with Shift Supervisor, Managers, Directors, and Operator to fulfill business needs
• Willing and eager to learn new skills
• Must be a strong team player who works well with others
• Must be available to work on Saturdays
• Past kitchen experience is a plus

Pay: $15.50 - $19.50 per hour
