Peoplelink Staffing in partnership with a local client in the retail industry are looking for motivated and energetic people to join their team!!
Locksmith/ Customer Service
Starting Pay: $15-18
Hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Duties:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide excellent Customer Service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with cutting keys, programming keys, opening safes, changing safe combinations and rekeying locks
- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of hand tools
