Junior Business Intelligence Developer

This role entails active involvement in diverse IT projects across the organization, focusing on the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of critical enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) reports and data analysis. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role involves gathering and documenting reporting requirements, designing, developing, testing, and implementing reports and dashboards utilizing underlying data stores, warehouses, or marts. Additionally, the position contributes to configuring, building, and testing BI reports while supporting data needs within the ticketing platform.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Crafting and overseeing intricate SQL queries for data extraction from operational systems.
• Creating ETL processes to facilitate data import into reporting and BI architecture, adhering to current data loading protocols or as required.
• Crafting and maintaining data reports for hosting on web-based platforms like CRM systems and Power BI.
• Collaborating with end-users to elicit project requirements, analyze needs and process flows, and develop user-centric data solutions.
• Designing, developing, and deploying Power BI dashboards to align with business objectives.
• Releasing approved stored procedures, dashboards, and reports to production while aiding in operational release cycles.
• Extracting and abstracting primary or secondary data from internal or external sources.
• Interpreting data and generating recommendations based on findings in collaboration with Senior Team Members.
• Regularly engaging with management and clients to enhance ETL processes, data marts, reporting, and dashboard services.
• Conducting independent audits and database reviews to ensure data integrity.
• Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining BI reports.
• Assisting in configuring, updating, and maintaining changes within the ticketing system.
• Other tasks as assigned

Salary Range: $55-65K depending on experience
