```Duties```
As a Jr. Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for customers.
You will be responsible to provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives to the concierge. Responsible for generating leads through door to door, public postings ,social networking, referral channels,phone calls, social media and emails.The Jr Concierge position is designed to assist the Concierge while preparing the Jr Concierge to grow into an Advanced sales position. The Jr Concierge will complete various on-line and classroom educational sessions while receiving operational training by assisting the concierge with sales and application procedures.

Your main duties will include:
- Research, track, maintain and update leads
Make outgoing calls to develop new business
Contact prospects to qualify leads
Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
Research and maintain lead generation database
Conduct customer research
Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
Provide accurate and timely information to management
Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Coordinating transportation for self and team to access customers
Maintaining a clean and organized car,desk and other work areas
Photocopy and scan documents into Loan Operating System during and after loan application
Shadow Concierge to understand both the pre-qualification process and the essentials of taking accurate loan applications
Communicate with the borrowers or processing as needed/requested by Concierge or Manager
Assist processors and closers in procuring loan documents from borrowers and other entities as needed/requested by LOs
Attend and complete on-going training in preparation for a concierge position
Apply and successfully complete testing for mortgage licensing and appropriate state licensing as needed. Multiple state licenses may be required depending on location
Maintain notes within origination computer system to ensure complete exchange of information regarding loan applications, loan status, conversations with customers, underwriting and lock-in information
Negotiating loan agreements on behalf of property owners to help avoid foreclosure situations
Participate in builder and realtor functions, phase releases, grand openings, phone banks, special events, etc., to develop and maintain relationships
Work with Division Manager and concierge on local marketing campaigns
Build a network of customers by generating leads and following up on sales
Develop and implement creative sales strategies to meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets
Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product offerings and sales techniques

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home services industry
Customer-Focused: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with homeowners and customers
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Willingness to Travel: Must be willing to travel within the designated sales territory
Strong sales and customer service abilities
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
Experience with cold calling
Experience with research and maintaining databases
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience in using CRM
Strong project and time management skills
Multilingual proficiency to effectively communicate with guests from different backgrounds
Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized assistance
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with guests and colleagues
