Description
A Junior Developer works on the Reporting & Analytics team. This dedicated team is responsible for partnering closely with key stakeholders to design and deploy solutions that deliver insights for better business decisions and to enable strategic growth. You will be responsible for supporting our software development team in all aspects of the development, testing and implementation of our reporting.
Position Responsibilities
- Develop C# .NET solutions for the organization
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Collaborate with other developers and engineers to design, build, and maintain solutions
- Monitoring the technical performance of internal systems
- Conduct development tests
- Revise, update, refactor, and debug code
- Evaluate, asses, and suggest technical solutions
- Create and run queries to identify data patterns or perform root cause analysis for troubleshooting of issues
- Designing, developing, and testing web applications with .Net HTML, CSS, and other technologies
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience as a Microsoft C# .NET Developer or Application Developer
- Experience in working with SQL Server, ASP.NET framework and architectural patterns such as MVC (Model-View-Controller)
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and web development frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, jQuery)
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC, SOAP)
- Understand the principles of database design and modeling
- Knowledge of testing on major browsers and exposure to cross-browser/platform compatibility issues
- Front end development experience
- Ability to write clean, easy to understand code
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience with version control systems
- Knowledge of standard SDLC processes
