The ITSM/ITAM PA will be responsible for solution development, implementation, and operational level 2 support of Information Technology Service Management & Information Technology Asset Management (ITSM/ITAM), and Stakeholder collaboration management related solutions. This person will partner with technology and business leaders to develop a roadmap for deploying robust, easy-to-use, and flexible solutions to support ITSM/ITAM and stakeholder collaboration including but not limited to Requests, Incidents, Change, Problem, and Asset management functions. This is an individual contributor role that will be required to manage system integration vendors, SAAS solution providers (i.e., ServiceNow) and Mobile device application vendors. This position will partner with the business unit Leadership to manage project demand while remaining aligned to an enterprise solution architecture (Includes the elimination of isolated Shadow IT projects).

The ITSM/ITAM PA will maintain the configuration and support the organization's IT Service & Asset management software (specifically ServiceNow). This person will analyze and resolve ITSM/ITAM and associated solutions issues in a timely and accurate fashion and will be responsible for monitoring data quality and operational stability. This position also has responsibility related to the design, development, and deployment of various ITSM/ITAM related configurations for business operations.

Responsibilities:

Education:
  • University Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/Business Administration or other relevant fields.


Experience (at least 5 years experience in the following areas):

  • 3+ years' experience in the design, configuration, deployment, and support of ServiceNow and other related commercial solutions is a MUST.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a commercial environment (IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, IT Security Operations, etc..) with a keen understanding of Service management, Asset management and mobility.
  • Business process analysis and design; ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Implementation experience configuring and deploying SaaS based applications desirable.
  • Clear understanding of a software development lifecycle (Agile, Waterfall, etc..) and Application support; Project Management; Working knowledge of networking and systems design


Skills:
  • Fluent in ServiceNow Functionality and Declarative Development - workflows, client scripts, approval processes, permissions, custom objects, reports, and dashboards etc.
    • Performs upgrade to platform for new version releases
    • Worked with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Workflows
    • Service Portal development and support
    • Has software engineering experience with Java, JavaScript, Angular, and more
    • Experienced working with stakeholders (c-suite), and gathering requirements for users ranging from 120 + to 3000
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with ability to work in a matrix organization, managing multiple stakeholders that includes Business Units, Regional, Functional Leaders and their teams
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Highly developed communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to influence and persuade through personal credibility, integrity and professionalism
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Technical Competencies

  • Strong understanding of key domains such as Business intelligence, Digital and mobile Service and Asset management, ServiceNow Automation and ITSM/ITAM (specifically ServiceNow).
  • Solution Architecture, Business Process Analysis & Design, and Planning- associated with strategy and program execution
  • Solid understanding of technology concepts related to application/database design, application security, application architecture principles,
