Apex is seeking a smart, hungry and responsible IT Support Technician (Level II/Level III). As an IT Support Tech at Apex, you will be responsible for supporting a rapidly growing
Company's IT infrastructure, spanning both clinical and business systems. You will work as part of a close-knit ‘work family’ and earn the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities in a dynamic, high growth healthcare services environment. You will have the opportunity to see the impact of your work as you delight your teammates by clearing roadblocks so that they can provide outstanding patient care. We believe strongly in continuous improvement, and you will be an active participant in identifying opportunities to improve.
Core responsibilities include:
• Provide end-user support for clinical applications, diagnostic imaging, VOIP, email, and any other support required
• Understand requirements of and operate in compliance with PCI and HIPAA

Requirements:
• Type-A personality who takes initiative and who puts in the extra time to do it the right way every time
• Team player that enjoys contributing to the health of our patients by enabling your teammates to deliver outstanding care using quality IT systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - you enjoy interacting with your teammates at each of our locations
• Knowledge of and experience with PC and network support are required
• Great troubleshooting skills – you’re a person that keeps trying until you figure out a solution
• Creativity and interest in finding new ways to accomplish our goals more efficiently and effectively than legacy healthcare organizations
• Occasional travel inside DFW or in nearby regions may be required
• You must have a strong ability and desire to learn new technologies and approaches. These items are a plus but are not required:
o Active Directory administration experience
o VOIP experience
o Dental IT experience
o SSO experience
o Linux experience
o VM Hosts experience
o Healthcare industry experience
o Degree in Information Technology or a related field
