IT Service Desk/PC Tech

$22-23/HR
IT Service Desk/PC Techwill log, diagnose, and resolve intermediate to advanced computer-related calls within the company. May coordinate the initial set-up and maintenance/repairs of desktop hardware and/or client
software.
IT Service Desk/PC Tech Responsibilities:
- General IT Help Desk support within company (primarily phones with some chat, walkups).
- Utilization of Cherwell, ServiceNow (Q1 2023), Azure, O365, Active D, MFA, Windows, Office 365, VPN, VDI and Citrix Desktop Director.
- Operating within PureCloud to answer phone calls.
- Possibility for hybrid work environment post training.
IT Service Desk/PC Tech Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 4-6 years related work experience required.
- Computer related designation or certification preferred.
- Intermediate technical PC skills including knowledge of operating systems, networking, and/or hardware required.
- VPN / VDI experience is preferred.
- May be required to move 50-60 pounds.
- Must be detail oriented, have strong communication skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
