IT Security, Identity & Access Management This position is responsible for the provisioning of user access in the Windows (Active Directory) and mainframe environments, administering privileged access authorizations in the Unix environment and user provisioning for centrally managed applications. Functions include creating, modifying, and disabling/terminating user access, creation of mailbox accounts, administration of VPN access, and review and follow-up of expired and inactive accounts. Additional responsibilities include distribution of employee status changes to application security administrators, and collaborating with other team members to develop or enhance processes that support the Information Security control environment, assisting with Application On-boarding and Access Control List Certifications in SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Minimum Required Skills and Experience: -3+ years hands on experience with implementing and supporting Identity and Access Management and Governance solutions, such as SailPoint, Ping, and Hitachi -Experience in administering user access in Active Directory -Working knowledge and experience in administering and supporting access in the following Operating Systems either natively or through provisioning tools: Windows Server, RedHat, AIX Solaris -Working knowledge of the mainframe environment and TopSecret -Working Knowledge of SailPoint Identity IQ. -Working knowledge of data structure and databases (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle) -Ability to quickly adapt to rapidly changing business needs and operational directives and deliver superior results.

-Ability to take ownership of systems and processes and work both independently and in collaboration with team members -Ability to independently, quickly and efficiently identify and solve technical problems -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to adapt information delivery based on target audience -Ability to participate in on call rotation -3+ years of experience in the Information Security industry, preferably in financial services or other highly regulated environment. -Good understanding of service management concepts (ITIL) -Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent of education and experience
