It Help Desk Specialist

Off Lease Only LLC is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist in our Orlando location.

Summary:

This job is primarily responsible for building out desktop and laptop images, maintaining those images and providing end user support for adds, moves and changes. Additional responsibilities include supporting the network and applications used by the business. Travel to other dealership locations may be required.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support applications and hardware utilized at the dealerships.
• Support phone systems and assist with networking issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for IT support within the dealership.
• Assist with designing new user adds, move, change process for desktop support and build process.
• Log, prioritize, assign and troubleshoot all calls, voicemails, emails, trouble tickets and walk-up requests reporting technical problems. Escalate as required to the appropriate IT group.
• Troubleshoot issues as 1st & 2nd level support for desktop and enterprise applications, local/networking printing, e-mail, connectivity, remote access, and hardware issues.
• Perform server and desktop computer updates as needed.
• Manage customer issues and requests by creating, tracking and documenting technical solutions.
• Provide backup support to other Technology Services areas as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3 years’ work experience supporting customers in the automotive industry is preferred
• 3 years’ experience working in a production network environment.
• 2+ years of experience packaging and deploying applications in an Enterprise environment.
• Valid driver’s license & satisfactory driving record
• Knowledge of:
  • Windows Desktop Systems
  • Cisco & Meraki Networking
  • Microsoft Applications
  • VoIP Phone Systems
  • Microsoft Certifications are desired, but not required.
• Communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
• Work in a team environment.
• Effectively plan and organize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
• Take initiative to assume additional tasks and responsibilities.
• Great knowledge and expertise troubleshooting skills on Windows OS
