Technology & Digital Services Department:
This dynamic team delivers and supports digital tools, assets, and infrastructure to drive ongoing success across the company. Technology and Digital Services team members play vital roles in keeping our colleagues working at full potential and conveying and delivering the value of our products and services to our clients. Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have strong motivation and ability for continual learning
- High capacity for analytical thinking and problem solving
- Customer Service - Solid listening and communication skills
- Multitasking - balancing needs of multiple projects, colleagues and clients is vital to success in this role
- Advanced knowledge of computer operating systems, Including Windows (Server/Pro), Linux (CentOS/RedHat), and Mac OSX
- Experience managing and securing LAN networks (Cisco/Meraki a plus)
- Administrative experience with SaaS applications like MS 365, Azure AD, Zoom, Salesforce, Cvent, KnowBe4
- Minimum intermediate experience with Web-based software development - HTML, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, APIs
- Four-year degree in Computer Science or similar field - OR - equivalent work experience (be prepared to discuss work experience in-depth)
Responsibilities - (include but are not limited to):
- Admin of SaaS applications/platforms
- Internal and external user support
- Technology aspects of employee onboarding/offboarding
- Network/Server/Endpoint administration, security, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Reviewing and managing website content
- Participate in the development of websites and web-based applications
- Continually examine the internal tech ecosystem and emerging technologies. Recommend improvements or additions
- Maintain organized documentation of outstanding work and work completed.
- Participate in cross-team meetings and projects
