Job Description
- Remote, dispatch from home each day to visit client locations.
- Break Fix/IMAC/Preventative maintenance cases for work needed in assigned service area/city.
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.

- Field Service experience
- Hardware IMAC
- Break Fix repair
- Must be able to follow written instructions
- CompTIA A+ certification is preferred
- Technical certification or education is nice to have
- Reliable Transportation required (This is a driving position)
