IT EPMO Scheduler

Job Description

-Work closely with the Project Manager and project team to develop, maintain and manage a resource and cost loaded project schedule for all assigned projects

-Participate in regular status meetings across assigned projects and update project schedules per the direction of the Project Manager

-Ensure that all projects are being scheduled using a standard methodology and tools as defined by the IT EPMO

-Work closely with the Controller provided reports on the remaining project cash flow and updating cost loading as needed

-Provide analytical review of the critical path, resource and cost loading, schedule content and use of relationships and lag, constraints, milestones and deliverables, contingency at minimum weekly

-Provide reports to the Project Manager regarding the schedule's upcoming and past due items as well as any key observations that require the Project Managers attention such as critical path concerns, resource over-allocation, dependency impacts, schedule risks, remaining contingency, etc.

-Provide any additional ad hoc reports required to support Project Managers governance and stakeholder communications

-Provide schedule analysis and metrics to key stakeholders on a regular basis

-Update tools with the latest milestone data

Qualifications:

-2-5 years of experience in Project Scheduling within the vertical IT/Services industry required

-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Business Administration or another related field required

-Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 required (working experience)

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required

-Experience developing IT resource and cost loaded project schedules required

-An understanding of the theories and practices of scheduling required

-Experience in ServiceNow preferred
