Job Description
1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Technology/Computer Science.
2. 5-7 years' experience in either an Enterprise Architecture, IT Technical Architect, Senior IT Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3. 3 year+ experience with healthcare enterprise solutions development preferred.
4. Demonstrated achievements in delivering complex multi-disciplinary technology and/or process solutions meeting strategic organizational goals.
5. Demonstrated leadership skills in a team setting.
6. Conceptual and functional knowledge and experience in major technology domains including but not limited to: network, server, Microsoft, IT security, cloud services, programing/Web, performance/monitoring tools, business continuity/DR, and IT operations and support processes.
7. Certifications in project management, solution processes and/or technical certifications highly desired.
8. Demonstrated project management skills, including time management. Experience working with Microsoft Project or other tools required.
9. Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills. Ability to articulate facts and ideas clearly and concisely.
10. Analytical thinking for effective problem determination and correction within the department and in the user community is essential. The ability to work independently, make decisions under pressure, while providing timely and responsive services are the keys to this position.
11. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are critical for success in this position.
