The IT Director – Talent management Director will create the strategy and deploy platforms to enable Honeywell Vision of Accelerator to become our true operating system with digitized business and functional processes to drive consistent and predictable outcomes. Will also ensure effective IT delivery of Talent solutions.

The Director will interface with business leaders to define requirements, drive execution of growth, productivity solutions enabled through existing and emerging information technology. This leader will be a key member of the Human Resources IT leadership team, engaging in all aspects of running the business, with a specialization in the use of IT / digital technologies to fulfill business objectives.

The successful candidate (you) will

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the Talent management and Acquisition service within Honeywell IT
• Enable Honeywell Accelerator journey through Platform and digitized IT solutions

• Manage multiple teams of IT professionals
• Develop business IT strategy
• Manage overall IT digital roadmap for both services
• Set IT priorities within the services
• Drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance and security posture
• Manage expenses to IT Annual Operating Plan
• Run MOS for solution delivery
• Provide IT updates to business
• Educate HR execs and team members on emerging technologies
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams like Finance, Corporate Commumincations

YOU MUST HAVE

• 15+ years total experience in HR IT and or Talent Management
• 5 + yeas experience as a People Manager
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience influencing key stakeholders at the Vice President level
• Experience migrating to a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to completion
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading SaaS solutions including Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, recruiting and Intranet platforms
• Minimum 3 years vendor management experience with >$1 million contracts
