Job Description :-

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in project and team management

Experience in developing project documentation and related collaterals.

Ability to create impactful presentations for C-level executives.

Strong communication skills

Prior experience in management consulting and/or analytics-based consulting

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal resources and external stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into project objectives.

Liaison with other teams and business functions for the project requirements

Ensure timely delivery of the project within the budgetary and resource constraint.

Design project roadmap and drive planning exercise involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Managing team, resource capacity, training, hiring, and onboarding of new joiners

Monitor and effectively track project outcomes including managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Communicating project status and other updates to senior leadership and all stakeholders

Identify project risks and ways to mitigate the same.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including other collaterals required by the business.

Solve complex software engineering problems, learn new skills, and build expertise in areas of your interest.

Provide direction and support to juniors to help their understanding of more complex software engineering. Hands on code, test, debug, optimize based on need of the project.

Develop all layers of enterprise applications and get involved as per interesting DevOps activities to have end-to-end involvement.

Participate in Scrum with activities Such as assisting QAs, perform code reviews, unit testing,

Research spikes, support company's architectural standards, contribute to creating new standards.

Provide thought leadership and guidance for implementing new solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's / master's in engineering - Computer Science / IT.

10+ years of experience in developing full stack applications. Services, frontend and devops.

5+ years of experience in leading teams and complete project delivery and life cycle.

Strong Java with React JS and data backed web applications (REST, Soap, etc)

Good knowledge and exposure of devops tools and cloud technologies.

Exposure to AWS stack.

Ability to take ownership and demonstrate Leadership capabilities.

Experience of working in AGILE teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience solving problems, creating solutions, and driving change within the team.

Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Prior experience in leading teams in a cross functional environment

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Strong thought leadership skills

Ability to work efficiently and drive high-quality results.

Good to have experience in reinsurance domain.
