Position: IT Customer Support

Duration: CTH

Visa:

The PS role is onsite 5 days a week in Louisville, CO

  • Product development/software development support experience
  • Application development suppor
  • Troubleshooting coding issues/app issues, etc
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Demonstrate ownership, on time delivery, accountability for work time, and initiative-taking
  • Provide creative and efficient solutions to complex business processes.
  • Work directly with customers to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues through phone calls, desktop screen sharing, and written communications.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or DB2 queries is a must.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • A Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience
