Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Change Coordinator to join our Service Management team under Network & Collaboration Services organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of IT Changes under Network & Collaboration Services
Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end Change enablement process, including reviewing and assessing change requests, coordinating change approvals, and ensuring changes adhere to established policies and procedures
Maintain comprehensive documentation for each Change request, including implementation plans, approvals, and outcomes. Ensuring clear audit trail for compliance purposes.
Collaborate with technical teams to assess and mitigate potential risks associated with proposed changes, ensuring minimal impact on operations and system stability
Facilitate effective communication between IT teams, stakeholders, and business units regarding upcoming changes, potential impacts, and scheduled maintenance windows
Coordinate and schedule change implementations
Ensure that appropriate testing and validation procedures are carried out, verifying that changes are implemented accurately and meet quality standards.
Conduct post implementation reviews to assess the success of change, identify any issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent job experience
At least 3 years of experience in IT Change Management or related Service Management roles
Solid understanding of Network Infrastructure components and their functionalities
Strong understanding of Change Management methodologies and processes
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in fast paced and dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in teams and organizations dispersed across the globe
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Previous experience as NOC/Tier 2 engineer is a plus
ITIL v4 foundation certification is a plus
ServiceNow is a plus
