We are looking for IT Audit Interns to join our Audit, Assurance, and Accounting Department in our New York City office. As an IT Audit Intern, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service. Our firm provides excellent compensation, benefits, wellness initiatives, and a strong career path for high performing professionals. An IT Audit intern is provided with tools and training to gain professional skills and experience. The internship is structured as a learning experience that combines in class theory with real world applications.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in IT audits
• Assist IT audit manager with conducting interviews and preparing interview notes
• Document basic IT processes
• Research IT environments, technical IT issues, and blockchain related topics
• Prepare meeting summary notes
• Prepare documentation request lists based on standard template and input provided by clients

Qualifications:

• Be a junior or year prior to graduation (dependent on 4- or 5-year program)
• Be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or IT, with an interest in IT Audit
• Have the flexibility to work a minimum of 20 hours each week
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0
• Have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Be detail oriented
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

For positions in New York City, the hourly rate is $25.00. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
