Inventory Supervisor: Position overview: As the Inventory Supervisor, you will oversee the Inventory team to ensure inventory accuracy and availability throughout the warehouse. This position is responsible for cycle count completion, documentation, and compliance.

This position is responsible for inventory balancing across DC systems ensuring inventory stock levels are accurate and in-sync. The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for ensuring inventory targets are met and delivering KPI reporting in a timely manner. The inventory supervisor will also be responsible for managing exceptions processing, including inventory resolution and inventory optimization processes.

The Inventory Supervisor will partner with leaders from other departments to ensure compliance of established inventory controls and their respective standard operating procedures. How you Will Make a Difference: Ensure inventory accuracy and cycle count accuracy target is achieved Reduce lost warehouse inventory through process improvement Own monthly system reconciliation with WMS, SAP, WCS to achieve inventory balancing targets Manage inventory locations and inventory SKUs to optimize waving, processing, and location utilization Manage exceptions processing and resolution within operations Manage cycle counting, defragmentation, and returns sortation processes Support Inventory availability based on Customer Service needs Process order cancellations requests Support completion of Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPI Reporting Set clear and measurable goals for all associates on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis Create and analyze labor management and operational reports to ensure throughput goals are being met Ensure staffing levels are appropriate for all aspects of the daily and monthly workflow Lead and coach associates to ensure outstanding service to internal and external customers Establish workload priorities and provides clear daily objectives for the area under supervision. Ensure fiscal responsibility targets are met including budgets, forecasts, cost control, and reporting as it relates to labor planning and supplies Manage administrative tasks including associate record keeping and relevant reporting responsibilities Participate in administrative responsibilities Advocates and actively participates in continuous improvement culture Establish and cultivate a positive work environment with focus on associate engagement and development, encouraging team member participation in workplace activities and events Support team member training and development in collaboration with DC trainers Engage in positive communication with cross-functional teams and partners Manage team member concerns: reporting, follow up, investigating, disciplinary process Ensure full compliance with VF policies and procedures Ensure the DC is always 'tour ready' Promote a strong safety culture - ensure training and compliance of all VF Safety policies and procedures Job Requirements: Years of Related Professional Experience: 2+ Educational/Position Requirements: A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of equivalent warehouse experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements: Abilitytobe cooperative, flexible, andwilling toworkextendedhours asnecessary Bend lift,open, andmoveproduct Ability to develop tools and data for future planning and analysis Warehouseenvironment:Mustbephysically capableofworking in conditionsnormally associatedwith amerchandisewarehouseordistributioncenter, such as,butnot limitedto,warm andcold temperatures, seeing andhearingmovingequipment to stayoutofharm'sway, and continuouspowerequipmentnoise.
