You qualify for this position at the IC-11 level (starting salary $78,592) if you possess the following: One full year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (GS-9) in the Federal Service. This experience may have been gained in the federal government, a state or local government, a non-profit organization, the private sector, or as a volunteer; however, your resume must clearly describe at least one year of specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Managing or coordinating property management systems; and
- Monitoring inventory systems for efficiencies, errors, or improvements; and
- Providing technical advice related to property management, accountability and control.
OR
3 years of graduate-level education leading to a Ph.D. degree or Ph.D. degree or equivalent doctoral degree.
