- Responsible for checking in deliveries & comparing product delivered matches packing slip & purchase orders.
- Unpacks, barcodes, & transfers supplies to proper storage areas
- Delivery of items to proper shelves or requesting departments.
- Barcodes supplies out of inventory system as needed for secondary storage area stocking
- In conjunction with leadership, ensures par levels of inventory are maintained, including supplies & instrumentation for recovery
- Performs inventory restocking in all clinical & non-clinical areas as needed.
- Maintains supply locator spreadsheets used throughout the facility.
- Serves as first point of contact for all UPS, FEDEX, & other deliveries daily.
- Performs annual and periodic physical inventory counts to reconcile actual stock vs. warehouse management system.
- High school diploma required; Associates Degree in healthcare related field preferred
- 2+ years Inventory management experience required
- Medical inventory management experience preferred
- Working knowledge of an inventory management system
- Barcoding system software knowledge
- This position is Tuesday-Saturday, day shift.
