- Serve as a trusted advisor for executives in the Investment Bank (IB) on communications strategies for IB Americas related content and business initiatives
- Manage the delivery of internal and executive communications that connect audiences with our firm's strategy, business goals and culture
- Write articles, talking points, emails, video scripts, executive briefing documents, and other materials
- Understand complex business issues and translate them into punchy prose
- Lead special projects and high-visibility communications initiatives
- Contribute ideas for how to be a more effective, faster, and more nimble team
- Work with speed, discretion, creativity and responsiveness to stakeholder needs
Your team
You will be a member of the Strategic Communications team as part of Communications & Branding Americas. We're responsible for developing and executing the internal communications and executive communications strategies for UBS's businesses and brand in the region. Our work helps ensure that our colleagues and other important stakeholders are engaged and motivated to accomplish our shared goals as a company

Your expertise
- minimum of 5+ years of combined experience in corporate communications, either in a corporate communications division or in a consultancy role
- strong interpersonal skills, an ability to work well with individuals at all professional levels, intellectual curiosity, a relentless can-do attitude and a tireless sense of humor (note: this is non-negotiable)
- experience in financial services, on both a regional and international level preferred
- experience with developing and executing employee communications concepts and plans
You are
- a skilled writer with impeccable grammar who can adapt communications deliverables based on voice, tone, audience and channel
- able to understand technical aspects of products, business issues and strategic priorities to create clear, compelling communications
- someone who can creatively seek solutions and work across teams, businesses and regions
- a well-organized, autonomous self-starter capable of juggling multiple assignments and projects under short deadlines
- detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, committed to success, collaborative, comfortable with change and ambiguity, and generally nice to be around

Salary information
CA, CO, WA and NY based roles: The salary range for this role is $135,000 to $165,000 based on experience, education, and skill level. This role may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. For benefits information: ubs.com/usbenefits.
