Job Description
Are you an IP Paralegal wanting to make a change, and join a great firm with a hybrid schedule? This role may be right for you! This role will give you the chance to work on very interesting IP cases both nationally and internationally, thus experience filing foreign patent applications is a plus.
Desired Background:
- 3-7 years of experience as a patent or IP paralegal required
- Experience in foreign and domestic e-filing using PCT
- Prepare patent applications including amendments
- Prepare all client communication regarding the progression of prosecution in the portfolio
- Manage, review and update docket
- Manage and coordinate attorney timekeeping and all schedules, calendars, and travel plans for attorneys
- Prepare bills and expense reports
