Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive "whole health" services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.
Position Summary
The Insurance Credentialing Associate is responsible for maintaining active status for all providers by successfully completing initial and subsequent insurance credentialing as required by commercial payers, Medicare and Medicaid, per general guidelines, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory agencies.

Drug screen, TB test and extensive background checks (including Criminal History, Sex Offender Registry Search, State Central Registry Check, Education Verification, and Professional References) are required of all Aspire employees.

Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One (1) year related experience (insurance credentialing, insurance billing, mental health/behavioral health setting, and/or medical office setting) required
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience helpful
- Must demonstrate the ability to work in Google Apps (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, etc. highly preferred
