Are you an experienced insurance professional looking for a new opportunity? Advantage Insurance is seeking an experienced Account Manager to coordinate the service activities of our clients. You would be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our personal and commercial property and casualty clients. You would provide a high level of customer service and client retention, demonstrating expertise in assessing clients' needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Establish a relationship as a trusted partner and advisor to our clients.
• Cultivate strong relationships with carriers and clients, providing ongoing support, responding to client requests for information, documents, and general insurance inquiries.
• Annually review clients' insurance policies, identifying potential exposures and recommending adjustments or additional coverage based on changing circumstances.
• Professionally handle all incoming and outbound client calls, including documenting, researching, completing forms, and following up as needed.
• Work with clients and insurance carriers to resolve claims issues.
• Prepare proposals, create premium invoices, and collect premium payments from clients.
• Process client policies, endorsements, audits, cancelations, and restatements.

Qualifications:
• An active Oregon property and casualty insurance license.
• Prior experience working at an insurance office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using insurance software and technology for policy management and client communication.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
• Sales and marketing skills are a plus.
