A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INSTALLER & ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC SERVICE TECH
As an Installer & Entry-Level HVAC Service Tech, you work as part of a dynamic and passionate team under the direction of an experienced service technician. You receive hands-on training as you assist with diagnosing and repairing our customers' heating and cooling systems. As you assist our experienced HVAC technicians, they mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with clients to how to properly service systems and equipment.
You love that you aren't stuck in an office and enjoy a change of scenery every day. You are a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you and pays close attention to what you're being taught. You are excited to build on your installation skills and can't wait to advance in this practical, high-paying career as a service technician!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INSTALLER & ENTRY-LEVEL HVAC SERVICE TECH
- At least 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- A Kentucky HVAC license is preferred, but we can train you and help you get it
- Current driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Motivated to advance from an installer to a service technician
